Prep Time: 10 minutes
Bake Time: 43 minute
Instructions
Add all ingredients to mixer and mix for 2 minutes in first speed and 8 minutes in 2nd speed until a smooth dough is formed. Place in a covered container and allow to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Sheet with a sheeter or by hand to approximately 6 mm. Cut narrow strips of desired length. Gently roll to round edges and place on parchment lined sheet pan. Cover and allow to proof at room temperature for 45 minutes. Bake at 465°F for 8 minutes and then transfer to 300°F oven for an additional 35 minutes.

Ingredients
A versatile neo-neapolitan pizza dough that can be used for a variety of pizza styles
Prep Time: 11 minutes
Bake Time: Varies
Instructions
Place all ingredients in mixer and mix three minutes on first speed and eight minutes on second speed until fully developed. Divide the dough into desired weight and round. Hold in cooler for between one and three days.
